Message from the President

For over 30 years, the Association of the Agrifood Industry Graduates of the ESSEC Group hosts and support the development of the network of all graduates from specialized executive programs in Management in the Agrifood Industry at ESSEC: IGIA, MS GEA, MGI specialized in management of agicultural coopratives, specialized Master in international Management in the Agrifood Industry, IZMA Poland, MBA Agrifood Management.

Our objective: dynamising our network and the entire ESSEC brand image while capitalizing on our know-how in the agrifood business and life sciences.

Our commitment can be seen through our members' deep involvement in business, regional, leasure clubs and ESSEC Alumni governance.

Beyond the support given by the Career Center, the access to the privileged pages of essecalumni.com, the official groups in the social medias such as LinkedIn and Viadeo, and other services proposed by the Maison des ESSEC, our core actions consist in keeping proximity between all Alumnis, working or not in this sector, in France or abroad.

Theses relationships are developed during Agrifood get togethers and dinner-parties in the country or in Paris, conferences organized in partnership with ESSEC-IMIA, the Agro Paris Tech Association, or specialized articles for Reflets Magazine:  "a rise in the commodity prices - what about the french purchasing power?- reflection of a leader in dairy products- case study: the recovery of a fruit flat drink".

The Association supports actively the Agrifood business club which organizes meetings and debates on current subjects, especially during trade fairs (SIAL, IN FOOD), or in partnership with other clubs such as the Luxe for a conference on the subject "fashion and art with gastronomy".

Our program for 2009 continues to fulfil the last goals and aims at reinforcing the dynamism of this network. With your support, let's be up for the challenge which will allow us to be more active in the ESSEC Alumni network, encourage the development of the Association and of course, be part of it and benefit from its network.
