Message du Président / Message from the President Alumni Association of IMHI

The IMHI alumni association is now 27 years old.  To date the school has produced over 1,200 graduates. IMHI has a long-standing and hard-earned position as one of the most respected and recognized MBA programs in hospitality management in the world.

Today we must continue to present a united front based on solid foundations made up of the IMHI and the ESSEC administration, Alumni, graduates and IMHI’s hotel industry friends.  Only a strong partnership will result in continued growth for the school as well as the creation of internships for students and offers of employment to young graduates and Alumni.

BA in Hospitality Management (IMHI)  ESSEC Business School Paris-Singapore

ESSEC’s MBA in Hospitality Management (IMHI) is dedicated to the education of hospitality executives seeking high-level international specialization in hotel, restaurant and tourism management. A blend of American, European and Asian influences enable graduates to acquire the skills and competencies to lead the globalization of the hospitality industry in all segments and types of organizations.

The MBA is taught entirely in English.

For the last seven years the MBA in Hospitality Management has been independently ranked as number one among tourism and hospitality Post Graduate degrees in France by SMBG, a consultancy specialized in higher education. SMBG based their ranking on interviews with both graduates and recruiters.

IMHI, the Institut de Management Hôtelier International, was founded in 1981 as a result of a partnership between ESSEC and the Cornell School of Hotel Management (USA). In 2004 IMHI achieved full independence from Cornell and joined the ESSEC MBA programs as the MBA in Hospitality Management, ESSEC Business School Paris-Singapore
