Message from the President
Our graduates are proud of their profile: a first degree, a successful professional experience, enriched by a second skill acquired at ESSEC Executive Education. The Specialized Management Degree adds value and contributes to boost their careers. The graduates are engineers, doctors, pharmacists, teachers, executives of middle management, business unit managers, product managers, HR managers and marketing managers, experts and consultants, entrepreneurs.
This degree is definitely a career booster but also a springboard to begin a new career. The "Specialized Management ESSEC" graduates often get expanded responsibilities in their business, taking jobs abroad, start a business or take over a company, are consultants. A few years later, some of them achieve a postgraduate program for more specialized expertise or management positions
The thesis, prepared in one year, is an excellent indicator of the potential value of the graduate. His project reveals his ability to understand a business problem, to establish a diagnosis with matching solutions, to master the most advanced methods and tools: the graduate knows, at the end of his studies, how to identify and take advantage of the opportunities the potential of the company offers.
To graduate determination and tenacity were necessary, but we also needed a dream: the professional project is often the opportunity to master an expertise or new skills ... They all share the desire to combine their knowledge and experiences for the benefit of their companies. This is a high value contribution to the ESSEC network.
Specialized Management Graduates are fully involved in the life and activities of ESSEC ALUMNI, especially in business, regional and leisure clubs. We want to be actors of the network ESSEC in which we believe very much, and we share our experiences with other sister ESSEC Alumni associations
We have also activities of our own: get togethers cocktail parties. They may have a topic with a guest and are always the opportunity to encourage each others in our professional or personal projects. Our newsletter published three times a year, with professional contributiono, allows us, as specialists, to share our expertise with our entire community
Finally, we develop an active partnership with ESSEC Executive Education regardint the degree development and its promotion.

Specialized Management Programs
Formation :
Specialized Management Programs are degree programs, sanctioned by the title of Responsible in Management certified Level II (2nd cycle). This title is registered by published order in the Official Newspaper from 23rd February 2007 recorded by the National Directory of Qualifications.
Admission :
Specialized Management Programs are aimed at managers and future managers whose initial training is at least Bac +2, with at least four years of professional experience and who wish to update and expand their area of expertise or acquire a double competence. Admission is by application and interview.
Specificity :
7 areas: Marketing Business Development, Human Resources, Management Accounting / Finance, supply chain management, management information systems, operations management, purchasing management.
Opportunities :
Specialized programs offer an opportunity to discover a new discipline, to deepen an area of expertise enabling the graduate to evolve very quickly.
