Application procedures for EPSCI Exchange Students

EPSCI is only able to receive international exchange students who are nominated by our partner universities and cannot accept individual applications from free movers or visiting students.
Please check our  list of exchange partners to see if you are eligible to enrol here before making an application.

Depending on the type of agreement signed with each partner university, international students may enrol at EPSCI for a  Double Degree Program,  Full Year Exchange or  One Semester Exchange. The study requirements for each type of exchange are very different. Consult your home university coordinator to find out what options are available to you.

EPSCI exchange enrolment forms are not available on this website. The EPSCI International Office sends application materials by email to partner university coordinators each semester. The partner institution coordinator forwards these documents to all its nominated students. Applicants then print out and complete the forms before returning them by post to EPSCI by the stipulated deadline.

Please note that all our partner universities send EPSCI a list of their students nominated for the specific study period (Fall semester, Spring semester, Full Year or Double Degree). We can only enrol students who have been officially listed by their home institution.
