Full Year Exchange

Depending on the type of agreement signed with your home institution, it is possible to study at EPSCI as an exchange student for either one semester (Fall or Spring) or for a full year (both Fall and Spring).

Students from our  Double Degree partner institutions may study a special curriculum which will enable them to obtain both the degree from their home university and the EPSCI Diploma.

Consult your home university coordinator to find out what options are available to you.

How many classes do Full Year exchange students take?

French EPSCI students take a course of study which is worth 30 ECTS credits per semester.
Full year exchange students do not qualify for the EPSCI degree. Therefore they do not have to fulfill any academic obligations to EPSCI and can choose freely from the classes available during their chosen study period.
EPSCI does not impose a minimum or maximum number of classes in this case. But of course, full year exchange students must choose classes in accordance with the academic requirements of their home university.

Which classes are available for Full Year exchange students?

Like the Double Degree students who stay at EPSCI for the whole academic year, in the Fall Semester you will take 3rd year classes. In the Spring Semester, you will take 4th year classes.

Check the  Double Degree Curriculum Course Choices to see which classes are available to you in each semester. But remember that Full year Students are not obliged to take all the classes in the imposed Double Degree program. However, when choosing Optional Classes they must make selections in accordance with the stated choice limits.
