The EPSCI International Office

Here at the EPSCI International office we know how enriching and rewarding the study abroad experience can be, but we also recognize that studying in a foreign country can be a challenge. We are here to welcome you to France and aim to support you throughout your stay at EPSCI

Your contacts at the International Office

Two English-speaking staff are responsible for looking after the welfare of all incoming exchange students. We are available to deal with all issues related to your academic enrolment at EPSCI and always on hand to help out if you have questions or concerns during your stay here.

Tracey Moore

is the direct contact person for incoming exchange students. She processes exchange applications and is available to deal with all the daily administrative and practical issues which are so important in an exchange student’s life: registration in classes, academic and timetable organisation, validation of learning agreements, grade transcripts etc.
Tracey is also there to provide general advice and personal support to international students whenever necessary and she writes a monthly ‘Newsletter’ to keep students informed about social and cultural events both on campus and in Paris.

The Orientation Session: a warm welcome for all international students

A 3 or 4 day Orientation session is held before the start of each semester in order to familiarise new incoming exchange students with the campus, the staff and EPSCI academic procedures.
Apart from giving you practical and administrative information, we also provide plenty of opportunities for you to make new friends with your international classmates. This really is the best way to ensure that you settle in as quickly as possible, so attendance at the Orientation is mandatory.

EPSCI Worldwide Welcome (WWW)

The student-run organization, ‘EPSCI Worldwide Welcome’ (WWW), aims to make international students feel at home from the outset. WWW holds welcome activities during the orientation session and organizes excursions and social events during their stay. WWW also arranges student ‘buddy’ partnerships to facilitate contacts between EPSCI students and their international classmates.
