Dimitrios Zarikos, General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche, has a proven track record with Four Seasons, initially taking the helm as Hotel Manager of Four Seasons New York and more recently being a major part of the opening teams for Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris and Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence.
Dimitrios brings with him 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. A graduate of Institut de Management Hôtelier International in France, he gained a Masters of Professional Studies in June 1983 before joining Chandris Hotel, Peraeus, in Greece, where he quickly developed a good grounding in hotel operations as Sales Manager. He then moved to New York where he worked in several different capacities for The Essex House before moving to Four Seasons.
His career has spanned roles such as Restaurant and Lounge Manager, Director of Food and Beverage and Assistant General Manager through to Hotel Manager and General Manager. This combined with the experience gained having worked in several countries, makes him an ideal candidate for this leading role.
Dimitrios lives in Toronto, Canada, with his wife and two daughters. He is fluent in English, French and Greek.
