After a first experience in charge of room service in a five star hotel for the Loews Group in the US, in 1986 Stéphane took charge of the management of six Flo Prestige boutiques, including three new ones.
In January 1990 Stéphane joined Haagen-Dazs as Director for their French outlets. He was in charge of implementing the Haagen-Dazs strategy in all the French outlets until August 1991. He then became Director (Europe), in charge of the introduction of the brand in new European countries and of the development of franchise agreements. In September 1993, Stéphane became Director of Haagen-Dazs (Germany), in charge of outlets, commercial activities and functional services.
In 1994 Stéphane became Operations Vice-President (Continental Europe) for the Allied Domecq Retailing Group. He managed the Baskin Robbins and Dunkin’Donuts brands in several European countries. He then joined the fast food division of Eliance as General Director, responsible for the Pomme de Pain brand from 1998 to 2000. Afterwards he joined the quality traiteur Saint-Clair as their Executive Director.
At the end of 2004, Stéphane joined Starbucks to continue the development of the brand in France. With his solid competence in the food industry and in outlet management, Stéphane has a long experience in the development of a network and the management of high quality
