Meeting and recruiting our students

As an essential link between companies and future graduates, the Career Services offers various partnerships adapted to meet your recruiting needs: ESSEC Campus partnerships, International Banking Seminar, International Recruitment web package, noon-time seminars and the International Law Forum (to be launched in 2011). As a recruiting partner, your offers receive priority processing.

Recruiting at ESSEC events

  • Take part to our recruitment fairs (France, Shanghaï, Singapore) and become an "ESSEC Recruitment Partner".

  • Send your offers (internships/ apprenticeship/Full-Time employment/VIE) and organize your recruitment sessions on ESSEC’s campuses.
  • Discuss with our students on your company and your activities thanks to our chat online.
  • Communicate about your actions (cocktail, recruitment presentation, presentation of a specific expertise/activity…) thanks to our recruitment newsletter.
  • Be part of in our round tables, workshops, or pedagogical field projects.

Maximize the circulation of your offers

ESSEC offers companies several options for making contacts with potential recruits:

Participate in teaching

Consulting Project in Company (PCE): This is a course included in ESSEC’s first-year program. Between January and June you monitor the progress of students working in a group on a concrete task that you have assigned them.

If you wish to give our students access to expertise developed at your company in the form of a case study, competition or testimonial, we can put you in touch with ESSEC professors and tailor your communications to the right profiles.
