The Board of Directors comprises four members: Bruno Bouniol and Marc Milliotte, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Versailles Val d’Oise-Yvelines ; Bernard Pouy, representative of the ESSEC Alumni Association, and Guy La Tour, who has Qualified Person status.

Bruno Bouniol

Bruno Bouniol, 63 years of age, is a qualified agro-food engineer and jurist and a graduate of INSEAD’s Advanced Management Program. He was named Chairman of ESSEC Business School’s Board of Directors on 1st July 2006.He began his career at the Ministry of Agriculture Veterinary Science Department in Paris and Toulouse, before going on to assume the position of managing director for a variety of international groups, notably ALFA-LAVAL. He is currently on the Board of the H.G.C.C. group.

Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Versailles Val d'Oise/Yvelines and in charge of Education, he has been a member of the ESSEC Business School Board of Trustees and, subsequently, the Board of Directors since 2002.

Marc Milliotte

Marc Milliotte (X 72) has a professional background in industry as part of Aérospatiale/EADS, more specifically at management level for the Ariane programs. He has been a part of the European MBDA since 2005, for which he is in charge of strategic developments, organizing the integration of projects between Franco-British corporations, and the preparation and adaptation of industrial tooling.

He has been an elected member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Versailles Val d'Oise/Yvelines since 2005.

Bernard Pouy

Bernard Pouy (ESSEC 76) has occupied a number of positions in the world of Banking. Since 1998, he has been in charge of banking operations for Groupama, a role which includes the Chairmanship of the Board of Directors of Finama and Groupama. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Fonds de Garantie de Dépôts and Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Office de Coordination Bancaire et Financière.

He is a member of ESSEC Business School’s Board of Directors in his capacity as representative of the ESSEC Alumni Association.

Guy La Tour

Born in Sweden in 1936, Guy La Tour has a very international profile. He initially trained as an apprentice with Siemens, then continued his career in France and Italy over a 20-year period within the same group but with a wide variety of intercultural and sectorial experiences. Guy La Tour retired in 1997, subsequently committing himself to his role as Chairman of ESSEC Business School’s Board of Directors from 2000 to 2006. He remains a member of the Board with Qualified Person status.
