Prof. Cedomir Nestorovic, Professor of International Marketing and Geopolitics and Director of the ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Asia-Pacific is the recipient of the 2017 ESSEC Foundation Teaching Award.

The fourth edition of the ESSEC Foundation Teaching Awards was launched in mid-June 2016, where students and participants rated their “Favorite Professor” and “Favourite Lecturer”. The “Teaching Award Committee”, comprising the Dean and President of ESSEC, the Dean of Faculty, the Dean of Academic Programs, the Dean of Executive Education, representatives from the ESSEC Foundation as well as students, gathered to determine the list of Professors and Lecturers who obtained the best ratings from students and participants.

The 6 preferred professors for the academic year were Prof. Arnaud De Bruyn, Prof. Jocelyn Martel, Prof. Cédomir Nestorovic, Prof. Peter O'Connor, Prof. Andreas Von Goldbeck and Prof. Valery Yakubovich, with Prof. Cédomir Nestorovic being named as the recipient of the 2017 ESSEC Foundation Teaching Award.

Prof. Nestorovic tells us more about his passion for teaching, “What I enjoy the most about teaching is sharing the knowledge and experience with the most diverse audience possible. At ESSEC, we teach students and participants ranging from first-year BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) students who are about 17 years old, and Executive MBA participants (some of them 55 years old), and often in the same day. There is no routine to the role and every day is a new day, as with the challenges we encounter. The greatest satisfaction I get is from meeting former students who remember the class even several years after they have left the school.”

We extend our heartiest congratulations to Prof. Nestorovic on this outstanding achievement.
