Network of Excellence in Health Economics & Management
As a student of the MSc in Management of Health Industries program, you will benefit from the rich experience and strong academic and corporate partnerships of the Institute of Health Economics and Management (IHEM).
IHEM was set up to promote high-level education in healthcare policy and management worldwide. Together with a team of committed faculty members and permanent researchers, IHEM hosts two eminent chairs – the Chair of Health Systems and the Chair of Therapeutic Innovation – and offers a range of executive and academic programs for professionals working in health organizations such as hospitals, bio-pharmaceutical companies and public health agencies.
ESSEC continues to extend its regional reach through relationships with partner companies, public health agencies, professors and students, as well as with the School of Public Health, Fudan University in Shanghai and Keio Business School in Tokyo. This encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas between academic experts, policy makers and business professionals. Benefiting from educational grants from ABBVIE, EFPIA, IPSEN, JANSSEN, LUNDBECK, SANOFI, UCB and VIFOR PHARMA, IHEM is fully dedicated to funding the development of activities in the Asia-Pacific, including the intensive Health Technology Assessment programs and Annual Health Policy Decision-Makers Forums.
