ESSEC Business School is a private association comprising 3 200 students (excluding those on apprenticeships) mainly financed by the Apprenticeship Tax that companies are free to allocate at their discretion. Most of the funds from the apprenticeship is used to finance the incomes of professors and to develop new educational tools and projects for both ESSEC and EPSCI.
The ESSEC Business School Apprenticeship Training Center (CFA) has a combined roll of 450 students. Their educational program is financed by the Apprenticeship Tax collected by ESSEC CFA. Students on apprenticeships receive an income from their companies and are exempted from paying school fees.
