Supported by Jean-Louis Borloo, the French minister for labor, social cohesion and accommodation (23 January, 2007)
The first corporate event of the ESSEC Centennial, the conference was attended by 450 people who came to discuss issues relating to diversity, one of the founding values of ESSEC and also a burning issue for companies.
The diversity of the 25 conference speakers enabled us to achieve our main aim: to start the first year of ‘s Centenary, which is also the European year of equal opportunities, with a conference rich in debate.
We would particularly like to thank for their contributions and speeches all the participants.
Four workshops and a round table were set up for senior executives, HR professionals, professors and students to discuss various subjects, including:
- Social and cultural diversity,
- Gender diversity in management,
- Age diversity,
- Disability and employment.
Complete conference proceedings : the program, the speakers, the French minister Jean-Louis Borloo’s speech, the workshops and round table summaries, the bibliography, ESSEC initiatives to promote diversity…
To “Apprenticeship Tax partners" :
