Campus Development


Today, ESSEC hosts a student body of 3,600 for full-time programs and a permanent faculty of over 100. To welcome students, adults in continuing education, and teachers from many different countries, investments in new infrastructure is essential.

Extensions planned for early 2007


- Information systems (1640 m2)
- “Nautilus” (6 000 m2), a new building to house faculty and administrative services, the library, and the school proper (rooms, lecture halls, 8900 m2)

Extensions planned for 2007


- The new central teaching building (including 8 lecture theaters, 12 classrooms, study areas for group work, and 6 500m² total floor space) is due to be completed by June 2007.
- A 2 500m² multi-purpose hall designed for academic, corporate and association events is also due to be completed by June 2007.

Construction of these buildings has been financed by 24.5 million euros of public funds, and 11 million euros of funds generated by ESSEC, of which 6 million were raised by the Development Campaign.
