Scholarship programs

Since 2002, three companies have already committed more than 50% of our overall target for “scholarships”: 3 million euros at least by the end of 2006.

The Solidarity Fund

To enable outstanding students from all countries to study at ESSEC, regardless of their financial resources, a scholarship program is essential and requires the support of companies and/or individual donors. ESSEC has therefore had in place for a number of years a Solidarity Fund. The Development Campaign is one of the main contributors to this fund, in particular via the involvement of alumni.

International scholarship programs

In order to strengthen the international renown of its teaching, ESSEC Business School places particular importance on its international recruitment policy.
This is reflected by an intake of an additional 50 international students into its MBA programs (generalist or specialized).

One of the greatest challenges for the development of ESSEC is to welcome an increasing number of international students onto the campus.

Currently they represent 25% of the student community. As part of the Development Campaign, ESSEC offers major international business groups the opportunity to become patrons of scholarship programs designed to fund the education of outstanding students with limited financial resources and from countries targeted by the School (in particular, “emerging” countries).
