The Development Campaign not only seeks to create new chairs to develop areas of excellence, but it also reinforces areas where its education and research programs have already received recognition from students, the academic world, and corporations.

New partners


In 2004, three new partners joined the Sales and Marketing Strategy Chair created in 1988 and held by professor Jean-Marc Xuereb. Our faithful partners, Gaz de France, Procter & Gamble, Renault, and Xerox have been joined by Les 3 Suisses International and Michelin.

The Sales and Marketing Strategy Chair


This teaching chair is one of ESSEC’s first. It studies all the marketing and sales drivers that create value for a company, going beyond the traditional product-centered marketing mix. The Chair gives students an opportunity to share the experience of professionals.
