Institute for Company Transfers

Developed in conjunction with Intercessio, a company specialized in bringing together sellers and buyers of SMEs, the Institute contributes to the rationalization and professionalization of the market. It is still fragmented and amateurish but it will grow fast over the next few years due to the retirement of hundreds of thousands of managing directors and owners.

Institute for Company Transfers includes two programs:
- “Buying a company”, where prospective buyers receive training and support in developing a buyout project.
- “Transmitting a company”, where the corporate transfers directors can plan a smooth transfer of their company.

A series of lectures, “Seminars on Corporate Transfers”, enrichies the program. These are given by experts, managing directors, attorneys and auditors to discuss the advantages and pitfalls of buyouts.
