ESSEC Entrepreneurship: The Ventures Incubator Services

Any student who has a real desire to create a company and who presents a sound project can become a part of the incubator and benefit from a wide range of services that facilitate project start-up.
Time spent in the Incubator can be considered as professional experience to meet program requirements under certain conditions. "

Indispensable logistics support

The ESSEC Ventures Incubator has developed a logistics platform for its entrepreneurs that includes office facilities and equipment (computers with an ADSL Internet connection, direct phone lines, printer, photocopier, and fax).

In addition to the offices assigned to them, entrepreneurs may also use a meeting room equipped with a video projector to facilitate encounters with their partners.
ESSEC Ventures also makes avalaible printing services to help entrepreneurs to create communication material (business cards, brochures, flyers…).

In addition, documentary resources include tools to help in the creation process and practical notes on legal, accounting, and fiscal aspects that can be consulted on site. Members thus benefit at all times from the experience of other project developers.

Experienced coaching

Individual monthly reviews with the ESSEC Venture director ensure professional supervision for all incubated projects.

Fast and easy contact with members of ESSEC Ventures, the faculty, and alumni accelerates project development thanks to rapid experience and expertise sharing.

Network contacts that create value

A number of tools and systems unite and maintain the ESSEC Ventures network of entrepreneurs:

- a directory of project developers started in 2001
- frequent testimonies from former incubated members during course sessions in the Entrepreneurship program
- a database constantly updated by the teams hosted in the incubator. Thus a wealth of tools that include market surveys, legal documents, and business plans are made available to subsequent teams
- an annual cocktail party brings together former incubated entrepreneurs and students currently hosted in the incubator as well as the ESSEC Venture team.
