ESSEC Ventures is based on academic as well as operational management that both work together to support entrepreneurs throughout their development. ESSEC thus offers entrepreneurs a way to design their project, within an academic framework and then receive support during the operational phase of the creation process.

Julien Morel is Executive Director responsible for coaching entrepreneurs from the incubator and nursery, management of the seed fund, and management of ventures developed in partnership with other institutions (Centrale-ESSEC Catalyst, Paris Biotech, and Tremplin Entreprises).

 

The executive director also works with the academic director in developing entrepreneurship in both full-time education and Executive education.
