A department groups together professors who share complementary expertise in their discipline. Instruction and curriculum are developed and coordinated for all ESSEC programs in these departments under the management of the department head, who is chosen by his or her colleagues. ESSEC currently has eight departments.
Courses in the Operations Management Department examine the physical flows of finished and semi-finished products, components, raw materials and the like.
In cooperation with the ESSEC Research Center, it regularly holds seminars at which guests present and analyze the most recent theoretical and empirical research in the field of Operations Management.
The department has 4 full-time faculty and 3 part-time lecturers.
