Awards 2010

April 2010: The Montesquieu Circle 2010 Prize has been awarded to Antoine Masson, Research Associate at the European Center of Law and Economics (CEDE) for the collective book “Stratégies juridiques des entreprises” (Larcier 2009). Professors Viviane de Beaufort and Hugues Bouthinon-Dumas of the Public and Private Policy Department also contributed to this collective work. The prize was awarded on the 8th April 2010 by Jean-Michel Darrois to Antoine Masson, in the presence of Hugues Bouthinon-Dumas.

April 2010:
Professor Fernando OLIVEIRA, Operations Management Department, has received the French award: Prix Académique SYNTEC Conseil en Management 2010, in the category “Opérations, Gestion, Contrôle/Système d’information et Technologies”, for his paper : “Modeling the Impact of Market Interventions on the Strategic Evolution of Electricity Market”, Operations Research, vol.56, n°5, 2008,  pp. 1116-1130, co-authored with Derek Bunn, (London Business School)

March 2010: The paper of Professor Jean-Luc CERDIN (Management Department): “Predictors of Turnover Intentions in Learning-driven and Demand-driven International Assignments: The Role of Repatriation Concerns Satisfaction with Company Support, and Perceived Career Advancement Opportunities”, Human Resource Management, January-February 2009 issue, pp.89-109, co-written by G. Stahl, C.H. Chua, P. Caligiuri and M. Taniguchi, has been named this year’s Runner-Up by the Human Resources Division, Academy of Management, for the International Human Resources Schorlarly Research Award.

February 2010: Professor Ashok SOM, Management Department, has received the “Pride of HR Profession Award” at the World HRD Congress 2010 (Taj Lands End, Mumbai, 11th-13th February, 2010), for his leadership and his contribution to the field of Human Resources.
