Professor of Innovation and Operations Strategy, Hervé holds the sponsored Chair in Service Innovation at ESSEC Business School and leads the Institute for Service Innovation & Strategy. A former Associate Dean for Executive Education and for Postgraduate Education at ESSEC, Hervé also held the Operations Management Chair at the University of Lausanne from 1990 to 1999. He has served as a Visiting Professor with Harvard Business School, the Wharton School, National University of Singapore and Victoria University of Wellington in Asia Pacific, as well as with Bocconi University and EPFL (the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Europe. Hervé is author and or co-author of eight books and more than sixty articles.
