During their annual dinner on the 24th November 2010, the RICS France announced their Best RICS Student Award 2010.

This year, Etienne Chesneau, a class of 2010 Master of Science in Management student, currently enrolled in the ESSEC-BNP Paribas Real Estate Chair, (directed by Professor Ingrid Nappi-Choulet) was honoured by the world's leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction.

Etienne Chesneau, who is currently undertaking an internship with BNP Paribas, was chosen for his astute response to the question, “Does the development of ‘Grand Paris’ seem in line with the environmental objectives of Grenelle 2?”
