For some 30 years, ESSEC has striven to bring its students and recruiting companies into as close
contact as possible via a series of in-house trade fairs and recruitment events.
Beyond the dozens upon
dozens of presentations given by companies every year to ESSEC students, the Corporate-Student Relations Service also stages three key events:
Despite the scale of these events (this year's CAMPUS ESSEC, organized under the banner of the Centenary, welcomed no fewer than 169 companies), the objective is relatively straightforward: to bring ESSEC's high-potential students into immediate contact with the most dynamic of French and international companies with a view to eventual recruitment. The process frequently comes full circle, with ESSEC alumni representing their employees at the event itself.
The sectors represented at each year's three fairs range from audit, consulting and hospitality through to fund management, international finance and law.
This year, though, proved a little out of the ordinary, not least for being the thirtieth edition of CAMPUS ESSEC. As Sévérine Jauffret (Head of Corporate-Student Relations) pointed out in the foreword to this year's CAMPUS guide, it also represented an opportunity to thank those companies who show confidence in ESSEC by backing and participating in the event from one year to the next.
A special mention, therefore, goes to Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, L'Oréal, Michelin, Philips France, Procter & Gamble, PSA Peugeot, Citroën, Renault and 3 Suisses International for their continued support.
