Organisations are key social actors with potential impact not only on economic but also on societal development.
This year, the ESSEC Leadership and Diversity Chair has focused on leaders who are having an (internal and/or external) societal impact through their diversity-related activities and initiatives.

In our 5th annual conference, we discuss the role of diversity leaders in encouraging societal evolution, and alternative management perspectives not solely tied to traditional notions of performance.
