The First Grand Prize for Responsible Distribution
Distributors, building responsible initiatives
The ESSEC Consumer Products Chair and AVISO are launching the Responsible Distribution Grand Prize. This Grand Prize not only aims to promote efforts made by French distributors in terms of Corporate Responsibility, but also to provide them with a stimulus to make retail a driving force behind community development.
The project, under the patronage of the French Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry, has received active support from the FCD, 'Fédération des entreprises du commerce et de la distribution', the FCA, 'Fédération du commerce associé', the FEH, 'Fédération des enseignes de l’habillement' (clothes retail) and the FEVAD, 'Fédération du e-commerce et de la vente à distance' (online retail).
Winners will be invited to a Grand Prize ceremony to be held in early February 2012 at the French Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry.
The Responsible Distribution Grand Prize will be presented by Frédéric Lefebvre, Secretary of State for Trade, Crafts, Small Businesses, Tourism, Services, the (liberal) Professions and Consumer Affairs.
