How to negotiate with the European Union?
ESSEC IRENE cooperated with the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs to train high-level government officials on European negotiation related issues
ESSEC IRENE cooperated with the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union Centre in Singapore to train high-level government officials from 7 Asia-Pacific countries on European negotiation related issues in Singapore, on the 5th, 6th and 7th of December, 2011.
The European Union has become an increasingly influential actor globally, as a result of a growing number of agreements with countries that range from economic cooperation and trade to foreign policy and crisis management. As a result, the understanding of the EU decision-making and negotiation mechanisms has become key professional competence for a growing number of diplomatic, political and economic professionals across the world.
