 Chair of Diversity and Performance
With its 3 sponsors : AIR FRANCE, DELOITTE and L’OREAL, the Chair strives to attain a double objective:
To create a centre of expertise on the various aspects of diversity linked to work and to the perspectives of concerned parties. The stakes of Diversity facing firms are, beyond the legal obligations, how the integration of diversity in management practices can be a vector of performance (e.g. making companies and individuals more responsible, creativity, innovation, company reputation).
To offer specialized teaching to about twenty Chair students in order to prepare the managers of tomorrow for the complexity of the situations they will have to deal with.
