Chair of Consumer Products

The Chair of Consumer Products was created in 1986 with a group of leading companies specialized in the manufacture and distribution of consumer goods and related services. The Chair directs activities focused on production and distribution of these products for the manufacturers and retailers. Carrefour, Dim, Procter & Gamble, L'Oréal, and Système U are among our partners.

Sales and Marketing Strategy Chair

The Chair has a diversity and complementarity of founding companies whose products include consumer, industrial, or technical goods. They all help students who have chosen a career in sales to enhance their skills as negotiators and organizers. Other founders provide services or carry out research.

The LVMH Chair

The LVMH Chair was founded in January 1991 by ESSEC and the LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton Group to direct a program of teaching and research specialized in luxury brand management. The Chair combines high-level academic training with an in-depth look at the specific issues of the luxury business, thanks to lecturers working in the field and hands-on practical experience.

European Sports Marketing Chair

Created in 2001, the European Sports Marketing Chair is a teaching and research program designed to meet the need for an increasingly professionalized sector. Inclusion of professionals working in the field as lecturers is one of the Chair’s highlights. Seminars, general and advanced courses, and experimental exercises (cases provided by partner companies) help students master the strategic and tactical uses of sports.

Chair of Diversity and Performance

With its 3 sponsors : AIR FRANCE, DELOITTE and L’OREAL, the Chair strives to attain a double objective:

To create a centre of expertise on the various aspects of diversity linked to work and to the perspectives of concerned parties. The stakes of Diversity facing firms are, beyond the legal obligations, how the integration of diversity in management practices can be a vector of performance (e.g. making companies and individuals more responsible, creativity, innovation, company reputation).

To offer specialized teaching to about twenty Chair students in order to prepare the managers of tomorrow for the complexity of the situations they will have to deal with.
