Humanitarian project in Beijing

One of the highlights of the class of 2010 study trip in Beijing was the visit of an orphanage for handicapped children. In preparation for the trip, the students had organized a number of fund raising events, such as raffles, on campus food fairs,… They collected money and supplies (such as diapers, toys, milk,…) which they gave to the people at the orphanage.

The students got very involved in the preparation of this very rewarding project. Meeting with the children in Beijing was for them a true human encounter.
