An internationally focused pedagogy

  • The program is anchored in a case-based approach, presenting students with international business situations. Solutions that emerge often reflect the cultural and academic diversity of the students.

Our partnership with EGADE Graduate School of Business at Technologico de Monterrey

AACSB and EQUIS accredited, it has been ranked by the Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times as the n°1 school in Latin America. Students of our Latin America tracks* share MBA and Master classes in a truly international environment, the source of a remarkable multi-cultural experience. Students receive a Certificate of Attendance (exchange track*) or the Maestria en Mercadotecnia (double degree track*) in addition to the ESSEC Advanced Master degree.

Study trips all over the world

The one-week international study trip provides opportunities to meet local professionals and business leaders. Over the last few years, the Advanced Master’s classes have travelled to Russia, the USA, China, India, Great Britain, Brazil, Argentina, United Arab Emirates and Dubaï.

Our partnership with Nanyang Technological University in Singapore

Nanyang Business School is AACSB and EQUIS accredited and ranked among the top universities in Asia. Students on the 100% Asian track have classes at both the ESSEC campus and the Nanyang Technological University, where they join the MBA program. They receive a Certificate of Attendance from the Nanyang Technological University in addition to the ESSEC Advanced Master degree.

Our partnership with Queen’s School of Business in Canada

It is one of the world’s premier business schools, consistently capturing top international rankings for its programs. The world-class reputation of this small elite school is a testament to the high quality of its programs, its faculty and its students who come from Canada and abroad. Queen’s School of Business also enjoys triple accreditation: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. Students of our Canadian track join the Queen’s MBA cohort and receive a Certificate of Attendance in addition to the ESSEC Advanced Master degree.

 

Field projects with an international perspective

Company field projects undertaken by our students can take place anywhere in the world, and always deal with international issues. For instance:

  • Cartier International: “Globalization in luxury product retailing”
  • L’Oréal: “Implementation of a supply strategy in a large multinationals”
  • Renault: “Research on the worldwide industrial development strategies of automobile manufacturers”
  • Schneider: “Strategic and financial analysis of large international contracts”

Our Partnership with Thunderbird

Chosen for its leadership position in international management education in the USA, the Thunderbird School of Global Management is AACSB accredited. The school welcomes students from more than 80 nations to its campus.

Students of our American Track join the Thunderbird MBA cohort. They receive the Thunderbird Postgraduate Certificate of Advanced Study in International Management in addition to the ESSEC Advanced Master degree.

ESSEC Singapore: a gateway to a flourishing continent

Students of the 50% and Full Asian Tracks attend courses and seminars in the ESSEC campus of Singapore – an ideally situated facility in order to gain sound knowledge of the continent, full appreciation of the strengths, complexity and diversity of the region, and a firm grasp of the many challenges that arise.
