A dual international and professional perspective

EPSCI offers future international managers four years of training directly after high school. Students alternate between the classroom and a company, in France or abroad, to develop their ability to adapt and work independently in multicultural environments.

Internships

This option is open to all students who wish to combine theory and practice in a professional environment.

Every year for the past 11 years, some 50% of EPSCI students complete their third and fourth years in an internship context.

The internship experience can take place in France or abroad.

Testimonial:

“I am a quality and environment manager for Ibis hotels in China. Currently, there are 11 Ibis hotels in the country, but the development plan includes many more.

Several years ago Ibis obtained ISO certification (9001 Quality and 14001 Environment) for its network in Europe and Brazil. My goal in China is to obtain ISO certification for the Ibis China network in 18 months. That is an enormous challenge.

An internship is by far the best way to increase your job prospects upon graduation. Having completed my second-year internship with Accor in Paris, in the Group Strategy and Development Department, I jumped at the chance to apply for this new position. The idea of working for ACCOR in a country full of opportunities in the hotel sector is very exciting. And I am fortunate enough to have some responsibilities, which is not always the case in an internship program.

Before I left, I completed a month of training in Europe. I have been in China for two weeks now. I quickly felt that I was part of the staff, having met with the various directors on my arrival. Next week, I’ll begin my first immersion at a hotel in Wuxi, a city north of Shanghai. My adventure in China is starting!”
