Work/Study program (“Apprentissage”)
Every year, around 30% of the students in this program choose a work/study program that allows them to alternate between theoretical training and experience working in a company for two years.
In addition to acting as a powerful career booster through the experience students acquire and the professional network built, it is an attractive financing solution: the company covers the intern’s tuition and pays him or her a salary throughout the duration of the contract.
Bank loans
- Banks in Cergy offer ESSEC students loans at preferential rates, with repayment beginning at the end of their first year of work following the study program.
- ESSEC has also established a partnership with the branch of the LCL bank in Cergy to offer financing covering full standard tuition. No loan guarantee is required of French citizens. Miscellaneous expenses and contributions remain the responsibility of the student.
Scholarships
- ESSEC offers scholarships and solidarity funds depending on the income of the student’s fiscal household. This aid covers only some part of tuition fees and students are highly recommended to seek for additional financing.
- French State higher education scholarships (pdf, in French) are reserved for French citizens and international students residing permanently in France.
Note: the ESSEC MSc program is eligible for a maximum period of two years.
