1 - Faculty members are encouraged to present their research at the best national and international conferences. A special budget is dedicated to finance Faculty participation in these academic events.
2 - Financial support is provided to Faculty members who organize conferences on the ESSEC Business School campus.
3 - Faculty members can obtain research grants in order to undertake new studies (resources can be used for obtaining documentation, creating data bases, hiring research assistants, etc.).
4 - A special incentive scheme was set up in order to enhance Faculty motivation to publish their studies in the best national and international journals.
5 - Research support is provided via a specialized Research Center, which also has important coordination and communication objectives.
