Whether you have just graduated from high school or are a young executive, whether you are from Paris, elsewhere in France, or are an international student, finding comfortable and affordable housing is always a top priority. ESSEC provides guidance and dedicated solutions to help you with your search. Through ALEGESSEC (ESSEC’s student housing association), ESSEC Business School offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms and studio apartments near the campus, as well as other amenities to help simplify day-to-day life.


Housing

The Résidence des Hauts de Cergy offers 26 two-bedroom apartments and 433 one-bedroom apartments to accommodate a total of 485 residents. All units are fully furnished and equipped.

Each bedroom measures approximately 20 sq. m and is equipped with a single bed (90 x 190 cm), closets, bookshelves and a desk. Units also include a kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, electric stovetop burners, etc.

The neighborhood

The Résidence des Hauts de Cergy is a three-minute walk from the RER train station, with just two stops between the residence and ESSEC. The residence features a mini supermarket, and there are a number of other shops close by. In your leisure time you can go to the on-site gym or take advantage of the pool tables and squash and tennis courts. Free shuttles provide transportation between the residence and the campus, morning and evening.
