Whether you have just graduated from high school or are a young executive, whether you are from Paris, elsewhere in France, or are an international student, finding comfortable and affordable housing is always a top priority. ESSEC provides guidance and dedicated solutions to help you with your search. Through ALEGESSEC (ESSEC’s student housing association), ESSEC Business School offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms and studio apartments near the campus, as well as other amenities to help simplify day-to-day life.


Housing

The Résidence des Linandes offers 50 two-bedroom apartments and 80 studio apartments to accommodate a total of 180 residents. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped. The building also features access security.

Bedrooms measure about 20 sq. m and are furnished with a single bed (90 x 190 cm), bookshelves, closets and a desk. Each unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, electric stovetop burners, etc.).

The neighborhood

The Résidence des Linandes is a 15-minute walk from ESSEC. It is ideally located near stores, supermarkets and a medical center. Free shuttles provide transportation between the residence and the campus, morning and evening.
