Whether you have just graduated from high school or are a young executive, whether you are from Paris, elsewhere in France, or are an international student, finding comfortable and affordable housing is always a top priority. ESSEC provides guidance and dedicated solutions to help you with your search. Through ALEGESSEC (ESSEC’s student housing association), ESSEC Business School offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms and studio apartments near the campus, as well as other amenities to help simplify day-to-day life.


Housing

Reserved for first-year students of ESSEC Grande Ecole and EPSCI programs, this four-story building offers 221 furnished rooms measuring approximately 18 sq. m each and grouped together in “living units.”

A living unit consists of a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, showers and toilets, and six to eleven separate bedrooms.

Each bedroom has a single bed (90 x 190 cm), a sink, a closet, bookshelves and a desk.

The neighborhood

The Résidence du Parc is located behind the ESSEC buildings, a five-minute walk from the RER Cergy-Préfecture train station. Shopping centers are also close by. For leisure time, there is the television lounge and music room. Tennis courts and a swimming pool are also nearby. You will also have access to the ESSEC gym.
