Supporting innovative social entrepreneurs

Created in 2005 by the ESSEC Social Entrepreneurship Chair, with the participation of the Caisse d’Epargne, Antropia is the first Social Incubator launched by a management school in France. It aims to support the creation of sustainable social enterprises.

To do so, Antropia:

  • Provides strategic, managerial, technical and financial aid to social entrepreneurs in the starting phase of their project. The goal is to maximize their social impact,
  • Promotes the multiplication of social entrepreneurs in the Ile-de-France region,
  • Creates a national network of social entrepreneurs,
  • Evaluates and analyzes social entrepreneurship activity in France and pass-on findings in the form of applied research and course content, nationally and internationally.
