Get-Together Events organized by Career Services at ESSEC Asia-Pacific in March

Organized by Career Services at ESSEC Asia-Pacific, the Get-Together events on “Careers in Asia” and “Banking and Finance” were successfully held on 1 March and 8 March at ESSEC Asia-Pacific.

Students from the Global MBA, Advanced Master in Strategy and Management of International Business, Advanced Master in Financial Techniques (Financial Engineering Track), Master of Science in Management as well as the Global BBA participated in the Get-Togethers, where they interacted with professionals.

Gathering seasoned professionals from various industries, including several ESSEC alumni working in Singapore, the Get-Togethers provided students with the opportunity to learn from the experience and advice shared by professionals working in the region.

Speaking about the Get-Together on Banking and Finance, MSc in Management student Armine Hassanaly adds, "The Get-Together was a great opportunity for us to network with professionals in the region. It allowed us to get to know professionals from the banking Industry and to understand the needs of those institutions in the region. I really appreciated this chance to broaden my knowledge and meet new interesting people. I managed to speak with people working in the industry I am interested in, to have a better idea of the typical skills and knowledge required in the industry."

With professionals coming from a wide range of industries such as Banking & Finance, Consulting, Consumer Products, Luxury, Marketing, Media & Entertainment, Medical, Software, Solar and Wine & Spirits, the events were a valuable experience for students to discover what it is like working in Singapore and the region.
