"The Conference on Managerial Innovation is a place where visitors and stakeholders who share the intuition, conviction, or experience that the management of people is a real art, meet, reflect, play, exchange, debate, get inspired and experiment”, explains Gilles Grange, ESSEC Alumnus and general delegate of the Institute of Sociodynamics. “An art in which centuries-old anthropological invariants, tools and techniques,  provocations, historical culture, psychological theories, the laws of the market or the tide of time intertwine, intersect, overlap, contradict each other, allowing each and everyone to reveal one’s singular talent as a manager: to be oneself so as to bring one’s team to grow in the successful accomplishment of objectives and thus to build oneself in building one’s performance. "

ESSEC's mission is to create and disseminate cutting-edge knowledge, to train and reveal bold pioneers and influential leaders, but also to enlighten companies and organizations as well as the evolution of society. It is therefore natural that ESSEC, as a partner, decided to host this event on its Cergy campus. The stakes and new challenges of management, managerial innovation are all key topics for the institution. To attend  this event get your ticket NOW. Click here!
