ESSEC had the honor of hosting the France-Singapore Sustainable Finance conference on May 24th, co-organized by the Embassy of France in Singapore , the Banque de France (BdF) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Opening the conference was a chat where Prof. Sofia Ramos moderated a lively discussion with the MD of MAS Mr. Ravi Menon, and Governor of BdF Francois Villeroy de Galhau on the necessary conditions for a green transition.

This was followed by three panel discussions with various captains of the industry, from BNP Paribas, DBS, ENGIE, Natixis, Quant Cube, and Societe Generale. The discussions focused on the impact of biodiversity on the economy, sustainable finance solutions, regulations and incentives.
