ESSEC Business School, the first French business school to receive the “HR Excellence in Research” label

The “HR Excellence in Research” label, awarded by the European Commission, rewards research institutions for the quality of their HR practices with regards to researchers. ESSEC received this label on February 2, 2023, thereby joining a community of 704 institutions, including 59 in France.

This recognition affirms ESSEC’s positioning and attractiveness on a European scale. The school is committed to excellence and continuous improvement, placing researchers at the core of its human resources policy. Its research community currently includes 244 researchers, 171 of whom are international.

“Our commitment to this approach underscores ESSEC’s desire to nurture excellence in research through a continually renewed exigence in the support and professional environment we offer our researchers.”
