The ESSEC Together Institute for Sustainability & Social Change works alongside businesses and civil society to invent the sustainable models of tomorrow and train enlightened leaders capable of supporting these changes. Based on ESSEC Business School’s campuses in France, Morocco, and Singapore, the institute embraces a multi-campus, international perspective—drawing on Europe, Africa, and Asia to generate insights and solutions with global relevance.

We capitalise on and strengthen our unique expertise developed over more than 30 years in:

the management of overall performance.

Since 2022, ESSEC has been recognised as the leading Grande École committed to ecological and social transitions (LesEchosxChangeNOW ranking). The Together Institute acts as an accelerator for the transformation of ESSEC and organisations in general:

RESEARCH: The Together Institute supports the production of knowledge (academic research and applied research) to inform organizations that want to reconcile economic, environmental and social performance.
INSPIRE: The Together Institute shares, disseminates and creates spaces for exchange and debate on the challenges of ecological and social transition in higher education and organisations.
EMPOWER: The Together Institute trains, equips and supports students, entrepreneurs and leaders to become effective actors in ecological and social transition.
