Program Director
Professor at ESSEC Business School. Formerly at INSEAD, where he twice earned the Deans’ Commendation for Excellence in MBA Teaching and co-directed the Social Sciences Research Centre. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford GSB and has over 30 years’ experience teaching change management, influence, negotiation, and leadership. His research has appeared in the Harvard Negotiation Journal, Insights by Stanford Business, and ESSEC Knowledge. Earlier, he worked at Procter & Gamble, Airbus, and Hewlett-Packard.
