Séverine Lebrun-Kuan

Professor Séverine Lebrun-Kuan has led Pedagogical Development at the IRENE Institute since 2007. She graduated from Sciences Po Paris and NEOMA Business School. She trains senior officials in negotiation for European and French institutions. She designs executive programs for EU and French ministries. Her expertise blends international relations, cross-cultural negotiation, and public policy.

Professor Aurélien Colson is a leading expert in negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management. He has directed the IRENE Institute since 2008. He has advised governments, organizations, and corporations in over 80 countries. He holds doctorates in political science and international relations. He is an author of books translated into 15 languages.
