The ESSEC Business School Youth AI Bootcamp, in partnership with AI Crafters, is a unique opportunity for high school students aged 15 to 18 to discover the foundations of artificial intelligence and explore its high-impact applications in today’s world.
Over the course of five immersive days, delivered in English on the ESSEC Business School Rabat campus, participants will explore the field of artificial intelligence through hands-on workshops, collaborative projects, and real-world case studies.
Supervised by experts from AI Crafters and faculty members from ESSEC, students will develop key skills such as robotics, machine learning, AI storytelling, AI agent creation, and more. This dynamic program combines academic content, interactive activities, and collective challenges designed to stimulate curiosity and foster an innovative mindset.
Students will enjoy a true learning experience by stepping into the shoes of an ESSEC student and will receive a Certificate of Participation jointly awarded by ESSEC Business School and AI Crafters.

Study level: High school students will have the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of AI and discover its impact on business, including how Generative AI is transforming management practices, all while experiencing the academic excellence of one of the world’s leading business schools.

- Overview of AI concepts and their impact on business transformation
- Case studies of successful AI implementations
- Basics of Python programming and navigation of Jupyter Notebooks
- Techniques for handling and visualizing data effectively
- Concepts and applications of regression models in business
- Basics of text analysis and NLP applications
Students will work in groups throughout the program and pitch their projects to a panel of experts.
ATTENTION: Participant’s presence is mandatory for all courses and visit.

Hicham Sebti holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the University PSL Paris-Dauphine. He is a professor of Management He is the author of several academic and trade publications, as well as case studies and expert reports. He is currently the Associate Dean of ESSEC Africa, in charge of Pre-experience programs, Pedagogy and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center "In Lab"
