This program introduces pre-university students to essential business topics, including negotiations, personal development, AI in business, digital marketing, and international trade. Students will gain practical skills through interactive courses, workshops, and a learning expedition to a local or international company. The program emphasizes hands-on learning and real-world applications to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving.

The final project challenges learners to apply their newly acquired skills by creating a fictional company that operates in global markets. They will develop a business strategy incorporating negotiation tactics, digital marketing campaigns, AI innovations, and international trade considerations.

Noha El Attar

Noha El Attar is a Professor of Organizational Behavior Practice at ESSEC Business School, where she also serves as Academic Director of the Youth and Bachelor Summer Program in France. She brings over 20 years of experience in organizational development across the Middle East, China, and Europe, and has worked with organizations such as Oracle, Siemens, Etisalat, and Lux Space.

She holds a Doctorate from Toulouse Business School and is currently conducting research with Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne on organizational justice, role theory, visual and arts-based methods, and gender.

Application documents

Passport/ID, CV, Motivation letter, Certificate of B2 level in English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Cambridge, Duolingo) or MOI, high school transcripts, enrolment certificate of home institution, ID Photo.

The English test is not required if the applicant has spent at least 2 last years in a higher education program completely taught in English. In that case, please provide us an official certificate with the mention that the medium of instruction is English.

  • Admitted applicants should pay the program fees within 2 weeks after receiving the admission result

Program Fees include tuition fees, administration fees, transcript, certificate of participation, activities related to the program.

Program Fees do not include personal insurance (mandatory), housing, meals, travel to and from ESSEC, nor any other expense not listed as included.

Students are responsible for organizing their own accommodation and transportation.

The summer program is unable to offer scholarships.
