This remarkable achievement is a testament to the transformative impact of our program, solidifying its status as one of the world's leading executive degree programs.
The QS ranking for Joint EMBA Programmes bases their rankings on several factors, including Career Outcomes, Diversity, Employer Reputation, Thought Leadership and Executive Profile.
Our program now ranks #4 in “Career Outcomes’, moving up 2 places from last year. This criteria highlights the program's success in guaranteeing high employability rates for graduates. The ESSEC & Mannheim EMBA excels in this area, providing participants with the necessary tools to bring positive change to their company, start their own entrepreneurial ventures, or switch positions for new professional challenges. A key differentiating factor in the program’s approach to leadership, providing our participants with a competitive edge in their career development, is the collaborative approach that forms its DNA. Thanks to the Multi-competency Teams, the Strategic Project, and the Social Class Project, participants are encouraged to work in teams, challenged to think differently, and develop innovative and responsible solutions to real-world problems.
With over 20 nationalities represented and around 40% women in the program on average, our ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA ranks #5 in Diversity. Diversity is central to our program, with participants from all over the world coming together to learn from each other. Last year’s cohort featured participants from Mexico, Pakistan, Albania, Lebanon, Austria, China, Spain, India, USA, Cambodia and many more! We believe interactions between these diverse backgrounds are crucial for developing strong leaders who can leverage each other's strengths.
