On June 12, the ESSEC Asia Pacific campus celebrated Commencement Day 2026 at the Theatre at MediaCorp in Singapore. It was a day filled with emotion. The ceremony brought together 92 graduates, more than 210 family members and loved ones, as well as faculty, staff, alumni, and partners of the School. With applause, diploma presentations, and joyful reunions, the ceremony marked the end of one chapter and the beginning of a new journey for the Class of 2026.
Established in Singapore in 2005, the ESSEC Asia Pacific campus welcomes more than 1000 students from 34 countries every year across six programs. This international diversity, supported by a vibrant student life with 16 student clubs, encourages cultural exchange and prepares students to thrive in a global environment.
The ceremony opened with a video address from Vincenzo Vinzi, Dean and President of ESSEC Business School, followed by welcoming remarks from Julien Malaurent, Deputy Dean. Speeches by Ludovic Ledru, CEO APAC at Pernod Ricard, Arnaud Rubeck, President of the ESSEC Alumni Singapore Chapter, and two student speakers representing their class followed throughout the ceremony. Together, they reminded graduates that they are now part of a global community and that they have a role to play in building a more responsible future by putting people at the center of every decision.
Graduates from the Global BBA, Master in Management, Master in Finance, Master in Strategy & Management of International Business, Master in Marketing Management and Digital, and Executive MBA programs were then invited on stage to receive their diplomas to the applause of their families and loved ones. It was a powerful moment. It reflected years of hard work and the strong connections built throughout their journey at ESSEC. The celebration continued with a cocktail reception, giving the entire community an opportunity to share memories, smiles, and future plans.
This year's ceremony also featured several new experiences, including a multi-ethnic musical performance performance, an AI powered photo booth showcasing ESSEC's three campuses, and a replica of the iconic Grand Hall on the Cergy campus. It was a way to celebrate not only the journey that brought graduates here, but also the many paths that now lie ahead.
